Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development across applications, web services and cloud-native stacks.
• 5+ years designing and developing highly scalable microservices, web services, and REST APIs
• 5+ years of Agile development environments
• 3+ years building production-grade Python apps and API work with FastAPI/Flask and AI/ML integrations
• 3+ years with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka or equivalents
• 2+ years in a technical lead role
• 2+ years designing event-driven architectures and asynchronous integration patterns
• 2+ years building Python-based data pipelines and automation or AI-agent workflows
• 2+ years deploying and operating services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• 2+ years with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo)
• 2+ years with Git-based source management (GitHub/GitLab)
• 2+ years with Docker/Kubernetes
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor engineers
