Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale software development, including building applications, web services, and cloud-native apps.
• 5+ years designing and developing highly scalable microservices, web services, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
• 3+ years of production-grade Python development, API work (FastAPI/Flask), and AI/ML framework integration.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role and distributed messaging systems like Kafka or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development for the engineering team, with hands-on coding involvement.
• Mentor engineers across the team and set technical direction in collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
