In this hybrid Dublin role, you will mentor teammates, ensure reliability, and develop data‑driven reporting that informs leadership decisions across engineering, product, and cost management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production full‑stack systems.
• Proven ability to drive significant projects to completion with non‑engineering stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript).
• Hands‑on use of agentic engineering as a core practice.
• Strong backend, API integration, SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with a modern web frontend stack to prototype visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team's technical lead, owning end‑to‑end architecture and direction of services, tools, and data systems.
• Design and build backend services and integrations ingesting signals from multiple sources with clear APIs.
• Partner with Product Owner to identify opportunities and collaborate on end‑to‑end solutions.
• Build back‑end that enables role‑based reporting on engineering health, tooling spend, and ROI.
• Own quality, reliability, and operational monitoring for critical reports used by leadership.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise the team's capabilities through reviews and feedback.
