You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features for top brands. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, testing, and performance optimization on a global platform, with on-call duty and agile team practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with open source technologies and programming
• Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
• Strong communication skills, including precise written expression
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver new product features using agentic coding tools as a core part of your workflow
• Write specs and prompts, break work into agent-sized tasks
• Review, test, and debug agent-generated code for correctness and security
• Design, code, and automate tests for new features
• Address scale and performance challenges for the platform
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements
• Share prompts and workflows to improve agent effectiveness
• Participate in an agile team process and on-call rotation
