Typeface in Bellevue is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, marketing, and data science to shape scalable web apps and cloud services powered by generative AI.

You will own key initiatives, deliver high-quality code, and mentor teammates while adopting best practices for growth-stage environments at a hybrid Bellevue office three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, Java, or Python.
• Experience on major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and pub/sub systems (Kafka, AWS SNS, Azure EventHub).
• Experience building data analytics services and bulk ingestion pipelines.
• Experience in high-growth startups or tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, readable software.
• Collaborate with designers, product, marketing, and engineers.
• Prototype and deliver solutions across the stack.
• Define and adopt best practices for modern web apps and cloud services.
