The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering, strong Python and distributed-systems skills, and an advanced CS/ML degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and agentic systems for large-scale review, investigation, and decision-making workflows.
• Architect scalable software infrastructure and distributed systems to support production-grade AI applications.
• Build and maintain robust AI models, data pipelines, and software components.
• Develop agentic AI solutions to improve operational efficiency across Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, and Compliance.
• Integrate AI systems into production environments and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, domain specialists, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and success metrics.
• Lead engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and optimisation.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production debugging.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, responsible, and suitable for high-impact environments.
