Job summary

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join Trase OS development for RCF/RCP partners. You will build frontend interfaces with TypeScript/React and robust backend services in Python/Node.js, with a focus on federal programs and secure, auditable workflows.

The role involves integrations, architecture, and mentoring, collaborating with partner engineers, TPMs, and DevOps/SRE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with production apps.
• 5+ years of full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React/Next.js or similar.
• Strong backend skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java or similar.
• Experience designing data models with relational databases and migrations.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, secure API access, and audit logging.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features for RCF/RCP partners, including UI, backend services, data models and integrations.
• Clarify use cases with partner engineers and Product; define acceptance criteria and deliver increments.
• Integrate partner apps with Trase OS APIs/SDKs and external APIs; provide examples and docs.
• Ensure reliability with error handling, tracing, and robust data workflows across components.
• Create usable interfaces for configuring agents, managing connections, and viewing logs and costs.
• Partner with Governance, Risk and Compliance on security findings for federal requirements.
• Support deployments for federal programs and customer environments with DevOps/SRE teams.
• Document architecture, troubleshooting steps, and provide knowledge transfer.
