Job summary

Trase is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the frontend, backend, and integration work for Red Cell Federal (RCF) and Red Cell Partners (RCP). This is a hands-on role delivering UIs, backend services, APIs, and integrations with a strong focus on federal, government, and national security programs.

Based in Seattle with remote-eligible options, you will collaborate with partner engineers, Product, TPM, DevOps/SRE, Platform Engineering, and GRC to ship end-to-end

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role with ownership from requirements through production support.
You will work directly with partner engineers, Product, the dedicated TPM and DevOps/SRE engineers, Trase Platform Engineering, and GRC to deliver working solutions across the frontend, backend, and integration layers.
The level will reflect your experience and demonstrated scope. Senior engineers will independently own complex features and partner integrations end to end.
Staff engineers will also lead architecture across engagements, establish reusable engineering patterns, and mentor engineers.
RCF and RCP companies need software that works within their applications, security controls, and deployment environments.
