Job summary

Trase, part of Red Cell Partners, is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to build and support software for RCF/RCP and portfolio companies. You will own frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations with a focus on federal, government, and national security programs.

You will collaborate with partner engineers, Product, TPM, and DevOps/SRE, deliver small increments, ensure security, and contribute to architecture across engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building full-stack web applications.
• Familiarity with frontend, backend, and API integration.
• Experience with security-conscious, compliance-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and support full-stack software for RCF/RCP and portfolio companies.
• Develop intuitive UIs, reliable APIs, and secure integrations with Trase OS.
• Collaborate with partner engineers and Product to clarify use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and end-to-end validation.
• Document architecture and provide knowledge transfer to the platform team.
