Job summary

Trase Systems is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to build and support software for Red Cell Federal (RCF) and Red Cell Partners (RCP). You will deliver frontend interfaces, backend services, and integrations with Trase OS, APIs, and SDKs, with a strong emphasis on federal, government, and national security programs.

You will work closely with partner engineers, Product, TPM, and DevOps/SRE, taking ownership from requirements through production support.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and supporting production applications; scope and technical leadership appropriate to Senior or Staff level.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development spanning modern web frontends, backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks, including state management, API integration, and clear, concise UI.

Responsibilities

• Build full‑stack features for RCF/RCP partners, from frontend interfaces to backend services and APIs.
• Integrate partner applications with Trase OS APIs, SDKs, and external services.
• Collaborate with Product, TPM, DevOps/SRE, and Governance, Risk and Compliance on security and deployment requirements.
• Own code quality through reviews, tests, and end‑to‑end validations.
• Prepare architecture documentation and knowledge transfer for partner teams.
• Support releases, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance including federal deployments.
