Job summary

Empowerly is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape the next generation of our platform. This fully remote US role is on a small, global, venture-backed team with core collaboration hours in Pacific Time.

You will own features from idea through design, build end-to-end, and deploy while integrating AI models. You will collaborate with Product and Design, review code, mentor engineers, and help set scalable architecture and high-quality engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional full-stack development experience with meaningful ownership.
• Experience owning services, APIs, and integrations end to end.
• Production experience integrating AI models, LLMs, AI APIs, or machine learning features.
• Technical decision-making experience and a track record of mentoring or reviewing engineers’ work.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation and location

The base salary range for this role is USD 145-165,000. This role is fully remote in the United States, with core collaboration hours in Pacific Time.
