Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-stack development in enterprise environments.
Experience with healthcare IT, HIPAA compliance, and federal contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
Perform full-stack web development across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Mentor developers, establish coding standards, and promote architectural best practices.
Create technical documentation and support SDLC, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD efforts.
Collaborate with PMs, QA, and infrastructure across enterprise projects.
