Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience integrating healthcare technologies, API development, and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, and implement robust healthcare software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Epic & EMR teams, and healthcare workflows to meet patient care goals.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems for interoperability.
• Design scalable system architectures and optimize database structures.
• Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Mentor developers and drive training to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT and UMMS policies and procedures.
