Job summary

Medvantx is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise healthcare software. You will mentor the team, lead architectural discussions, and deliver scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and data integrations with CRM/ERP systems.

Strong Azure and SQL Server expertise are required, with a focus on secure, compliant software in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders and clients, participate in deployments, on-call rotations, and produce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum six (6) years of full-stack software development experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Experience building and supporting integrations across CRM, ERP, healthcare, pharmacy, and customer-facing platforms.
Experience designing scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Advanced SQL Server development skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, design, performance).
Strong Microsoft Azure experience and cloud-native application development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web apps using Microsoft technologies and full-stack frameworks.
Build responsive front-ends with Angular and modern technologies.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and queries for high-volume systems.
Lead architecture discussions, design solutions, and mentor team members.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and on-call rotation as needed.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, and contribute to documentation.
