Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Full Stack Automation Engineer to join the Delivery Automation team. You’ll build internal platforms, tools, and AI agents that make our developers more productive, speed up software delivery, and take the manual work off teams across the company.

It’s a high-impact role on a small, senior team. You’ll own real surface area from day one, designing automation that removes friction for engineers and shipping tools that people enjoy using, backed by solid backend

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer (Node.js and TypeScript preferred).
• Strong backend work with frontend experience (Vue or similar).
• Interest or experience in AI/LLM tools and agent workflows.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD; workflow automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack automation tools across engineering.
• Develop AI agents and LLM-powered workflows (DEX, Hex-like).
• Improve developer experience with CI/CD, previews, and automation.
• Create integrations across Slack, Jira, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD stacks.
• Build internal UIs and dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
• Identify recurring problems and turn them into reusable automation.
• Keep systems reliable, scalable, and well-documented.
