Job summary

WorkHero is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to craft AI-powered back-office experiences for the HVAC industry. You’ll own frontend React/React Native and Node services, delivering AI-enabled workflows, tool-using agents, and human review loops.

You will ship across the product surface, integrate data from APIs, and ensure scalable, reliable AI systems. This remote role requires at least 4 hours overlap with the US team.

Qualifications

• Production full-stack experience with ownership of shipped features.
• Strong React fundamentals and backend skills (Node/REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with AI-powered features, Langchain, and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and propose AI-native technical solutions.
• Write clean scalable code across React, React Native, and Node.
• Ship full-stack features and optimize AI system performance.
• Test, deploy, and monitor features and services for reliability.
• Collaborate with product and domain experts, mentoring teammates.
• Work remotely with 4+ hours overlap with ET team (11am–3pm).
