Job summary

Actively AI is hiring a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to architect and build foundational systems that shape how users interact with Actively’s AI Agents via web interfaces and real-time workflows.

You’ll own core product experiences from Python/FastAPI backends to React/TypeScript UIs, setting design patterns and technical standards for future surfaces while prototyping new agent interactions with customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products end-to-end, from backend APIs to refined UI experiences.
Frontend-minded with strong UI polish and usability focus, as well as architectural thinking.
Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks; comfortable working in Python/FastAPI backends.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features across the stack: Python/FastAPI services, workers, and React/TypeScript UIs.
Define and evolve Actively’s product platform with reusable components and patterns.
Prototype intelligent AI interactions and workflow builders with agent SDKs and internal frameworks.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and data flow across SQL/NoSQL stores and caching layers.
Collaborate with customers to translate feedback into intuitive product experiences.
