CVS Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to serve as the hands-on technical anchor for our engineering team. You will own architecture and critical-path development, mentor engineers, and partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate goals into a technical roadmap while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development with Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs and related technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing microservices, web services, and REST APIs.
• 3+ years developing production-grade apps in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and AI/ML integration.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role and in event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development for the engineering team.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction across the group.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate goals into a roadmap.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and operational reliability.
