Intertech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to contribute to full-stack development across .NET and React, build integrations between systems, and own the reporting layer.

You will deploy code, monitor production, restore databases, and participate in on-call rotations within a small, mission-driven public-sector tech team. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, direct collaboration with police departments and county staff, and delivering practical solutions in a hybrid office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years professional experience with object-oriented and scripting languages.
• Real depth in C#/.NET and SQL Server production systems.
• React or modern front-end experience.
• Systems integration: APIs, interfaces and middleware.
• Azure— built and deployed there.
• Agile experience and ability to explain tools used.
• SQL query authoring and maintenance.
• Comfort with non-technical users and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development across .NET and React applications.
• Integrations moving data between internal systems, agency systems, and state partners.
• Own reporting layer end-to-end: creating, converting, and maintaining reports.
• Production duties: deploy code, monitor servers, backups, patching.
• Direct user work: troubleshoot with police departments and county staff, train users.
• Administer Azure DevOps repo and work-items environment.
• Project definition: scoping, scheduling, deliverables, timelines.
• External representation with state agencies, consortiums, vendors.
• Mentoring developers and evolving Scrum practices.
• Rotating 24/7 on-call phone shared with the team.
