Job summary

Indeavor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain web applications for enterprise workforce operations. You will contribute across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Developers collaborate across teams, mentor others, and apply strong engineering judgment to complex scheduling, compliance, and absence management features using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
• Experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (preferably React).
• Understanding of OOP, architecture, and web patterns.
• Experience with APIs, relational databases, and data-driven development.
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance-improvement skills.
• Able to work through ambiguous technical problems and mentor others.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to mentor teammates.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack capabilities using C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, TypeScript, and React.
• Build software supporting complex scheduling, absence management, compliance, and workforce operations.
• Work with relational databases and data-driven features.
• Improve reliability, performance, maintainability, and testability of systems.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute pragmatic architecture decisions.
• Write clean, well-tested code that is maintainable by others.
• Review code, share knowledge, and mentor engineers.
