Job summary

CACI is seeking a Mid-level Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Navy Reserve deployment support team. You will build responsive UI in React and secure back-end services in ASP.NET, interfacing with SQL Server, and contribute to end-to-end features.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, strong JavaScript/C# skills, experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and modern frameworks, and a collaborative, Agile mindset to deliver reliable software for critical government systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or active security certifications as listed.
• Five years of experience with ASP.NET, React, Node.js and relational DBs.
• SECRET-level security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with C#, JSX/Angular, JavaScript, T-SQL.
• Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node, React, MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira and Git.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strategic IT understanding.
• AWS/Azure and SaaS-based development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features with React front-end and ASP.NET back-end.
• Design database layers with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for staging/production.
• Optimize performance across front-end to database queries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide story point estimates.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure security and quality.
• Write automated tests with xUnit/NUnit, Vitest or React Testing Library.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and address debt.
• Mentor juniors and lead feature initiatives when needed.
