Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced AI Accelerator to mature early-stage AI prototypes and deploy secure, scalable applications on RTX’s AI Factory platform. You will build enterprise-ready solutions based on models from the R&D teams and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and C++ skills, and experience with ML frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C++, plus modern back-end frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG workflows and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into software applications.

Responsibilities

• Convert AI prototypes into production-grade applications, microservices and pipelines.
• Build and deploy cloud-based services on AWS and Azure.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability and secure deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to refine prototype functionality for enterprise use.
