Job summary

RTX is seeking an AI Accelerator Engineer to mature early-stage AI prototypes into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will drive production readiness for AI tooling and services across RTX’s AI Factory platform.

You’ll deploy AI/ML models in enterprise environments on AWS/Azure, collaborate with R&D to refine prototypes, and ensure cybersecurity and regulatory standards are met throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern backend frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG workflows, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into software applications.

Responsibilities

• Convert AI prototypes into production-grade applications, microservices, and pipelines.
• Build and deploy cloud-based services on AWS and Azure following RTX best practices.
• Integrate AI/ML models (LLMs, analytics, RAG) into enterprise apps.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to refine prototype functionality for enterprise use.
• Ensure compliance with RTX cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and agile development activities.
• Contribute reusable components and patterns to strengthen the AI Factory platform.
