Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Engineering, or related STEM with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience developing/ deploying AI/ML solutions beyond experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python and production-quality software development.
• Experience building applications using Generative AI and large language models, including prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating software with APIs, databases, and cloud services; strong CI/CD and containerization practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions addressing complex business problems across RTX.
• Build AI agents and intelligent workflows that interact with enterprise data and tools.
• Develop retrieval and context-engineering solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources with secure, scalable production readiness.
• Evaluate models/solutions based on quality, latency, cost, security, and scalability; design evaluation cases.
• Create reusable AI components, APIs, and integrations leveraging enterprise platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, and business teams to push solutions to production.
