UpCore Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered financial infrastructure for senior care. You will own product initiatives end-to-end, break down ambiguity into deliverable chunks, and drive features into production.

You will collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional partners to shape the product and engineering culture, focusing on data integrity, speed, and the fintech/health tech domain.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of software development experience.
• Experience building AI-powered fintech platforms.
• Ownership of initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, scoping ambiguous problems and shipping to production.
• Make architectural and engineering design decisions that shape the platform.
• Build full-stack features across React and Node.js for payments, claims, and revenue automation.
• Collaborate with product and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex business processes into software.
• Leverage AI tooling to build an AI-native product experience.
