Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team building AI-powered financial infrastructure for senior care. You will own product initiatives end-to-end, break down ambiguity into shippable work, and push features into production in close collaboration with the CTO.

Qualifications

4–12 years of software development experience.
Experience building fintech or health-tech products.
Ability to own initiatives end-to-end and ship features to production.
Strong collaboration with product and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives end-to-end, scoping ambiguous problems, breaking them into deliverable chunks, and shipping to production
Make architectural and engineering design decisions that shape the platform's direction
Build full-stack features across React and Node.js powering payments, claims, and revenue automation for senior living operators
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex business processes into software
Leverage AI tooling and automation to build an AI-native product experience
