Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a strong Full Stack Developer to join an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations. You will develop AI-native products leveraging large language models and agentic workflows in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding across backend (Python/Java) and frontend (ReactJS), with responsibilities spanning deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI-driven applications in production.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java, with UI framework experience (React).
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LLM-native and agentic applications as long-lived products.
• Build scalable, secure applications using Python/Java and ReactJS.
• Maintain SaaS and in-house apps with high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across enterprise platforms.
• Implement microservices on AWS and event-driven architectures.
• Apply CI/CD practices for software delivery.
