Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred (MBA/MS/PhD).
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML pipelines for business problems.
• Strong foundation in statistics and ML techniques for clinical contexts.
• Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and RL methods; ML frameworks listed.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with CI/CD and Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines for clinical study design and execution.
• Collaborate with IT, medical, development, and biostatistics teams to align AI solutions with business priorities.
• Oversee AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends (NLP, LLMs) and integrate into workflows.
