Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Manager, Full Stack Engineer to join an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations. You will design, build, and operate AI-native applications and platforms, with emphasis on production-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions in a regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, a CS-related degree, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, pharma/Life Sciences a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and improve AI-native applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Develop secure, scalable applications using Python/Java/Node.js/React.js and Salesforce (as applicable).
• Design and monitor LLM-native systems with human-in-the-loop, governance, and CI/CD.
