Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field such as data science, computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) preferred in computer science/computational biology/bioinformatics.
• Minimum of 3 years building and deploying ML pipelines solving real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML pipelines for clinical study design and execution, automating workflows and ensuring scalability.
• Collaborate with IT, medical, development, and biostatistics teams to co-develop AI solutions and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage AI product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and monitoring, with detailed project plans and impact analysis.
• Stay updated on AI trends including NLP and predictive analytics to enhance clinical trial workflows.
