Qualifications

• 8–10+ years recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house).
• Sourcing and closing technical talent.
• Strong candidate assessment and screening capability.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and executives.
• Highly organized, responsive, and self-directed.
• Semiconductor, hardware, or tech recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Full-time contract (approx. 40 hrs/week).
• Hybrid schedule (mix of remote and onsite collaboration).
• Initial 3–6 month engagement with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Proactively source via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct recruiter screens and candidate assessments.
• Manage active pipelines and candidate communications.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through process.
• Support offer stage coordination and closing efforts.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting.
