Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
• 4+ years full-cycle business accounting
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Bank, Credit Card, Loan and Liability account reconciliations
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Code & Match Transactions in QuickBooks Online bank feeds
• Enter customer payments and post in QuickBooks Online
• Enter vendor invoices and process payments in QuickBooks Online
• Post payroll journal entries
• Produce and analyze financial statements for accuracy
• Post pre paid and accrual journal entries
• Ad hoc projects/tasks
