Job summary

West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting high-volume accounting operations, and ensuring transactions are recorded and categorized across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QuickBooks Online experience, with expertise in intercompany accounting, payroll journal entries, and department/class-based coding to support accurate month-end closes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Experience recording and reconciling intercompany Due To/Due From transactions.
• Experience preparing and posting payroll journal entries.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and general ledger activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Online in a high-volume environment.
• Record, categorize, and reconcile a large volume of transactions.
• Utilize uploads and mass categorization tools in QuickBooks Online.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions including Due To/Due From.
