• 8+ years of analytical, operations, or commercial experience, with meaningful exposure to physical operations or logistics.
• Proven ability to build quantitative decision models, and to defend the methodology and assumptions behind them.
• Experience translating complex analysis into executive-level recommendations and driving decisions from it.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and optimize fulfillment performance through quantitative cost-to-serve analysis.
• Own COPQ model and translate service outcomes into quantified costs by driver.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics to define measurement frameworks and attribution for delivery promise accuracy.
• Lead analytical models behind carrier allocation strategy and simulate against order history.
• Drive platform economics by modeling service and pricing initiatives and tracking impact after implementation.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and maintain a prioritized view of performance drivers across paths.
