Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA) is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations leader for the Samsung.com direct-to-consumer channel in the United States.

This role supports VD and DA product lines, oversees order processing, carrier coordination, and inventory governance across multiple warehouses. The position requires 6+ years in fulfillment or eCommerce operations and a Bachelor's degree, with responsibilities including SOP development, performance improvement, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years relevant experience in fulfillment or eCommerce business operations.
• Experience creating process flows, procedural documentation and business reporting to include KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead order fulfillment operations for VD and DA product lines via Samsung.com D2C channel.
• Oversee daily fulfillment execution: order management, shipment processing, carrier coordination, exception resolution.
• Manage fulfillment performance across D2C distribution centers and 3PL partners; ensure SLAs and delivery dates.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for D2C order workflows; include standard parcel, large-item/white-glove delivery, in-home installation, haul-away.
