Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp., located in Mahwah, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead all team members and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will plan production and employee schedules, assess resources and budgets with clients and other managers, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards across the warehouse. Strong math, communication, and Excel skills are essential, and 10+ hour workdays are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or some college encouraged.
• Willingness to work 10+ hours per day and maintain accuracy in a busy warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OneNote.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/year

The Senior Operations Manager leads and supervises all team members to meet the goal of successfully producing accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production and employee schedules depending on business needs.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Estimating, negotiating, and providing input on project budgets and timescales with clients and other QuickBox managers.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met for the entire warehouse.
• Determining and regulating Quality Control Standards.
• Overseeing Production Processes.
• Re-negotiating metrics and schedules, as necessary.
• Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials as needed.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Collaborating with Client Services to meet the needs of all clients.
• Supervises all areas of operations.
• Organizing relevant training sessions for all staff based on areas of improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years' experience managing large teams, with 30 or more employees.
• 3 years' experience in a fulfillment-based environment
• 3PL experience
