Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Suffolk, VA Fulfillment Center to lead multi-shift operations, manage budgets, and develop talent. You will report to the site General Manager and drive performance through process improvements and strong team leadership.

This role requires 8+ years in fulfillment leadership and 4+ years in budgeting and labor planning. It offers relocation assistance, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

8+ years in fulfillment leadership improving network resources and performance.
4+ years budgeting, financial management, and labor planning.
Experience leading cost-saving projects with DCs, vendors and transport partners.
Subject matter expert in quality, controls, and distribution systems.
Strong engagement, leadership, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-shift, 7-day operation with goals for productivity, cost and service.
Develop strategic plans within an approved budget structure.
Improve processes to boost operational effectiveness and consistency.
Conduct roundtable meetings across schedules and departments.
Create annual budgets and monitor expenses with variance explanations.
Design training programs for employee development and education.
Set short- and long-term site vision focusing on inventory accuracy and service.
Foster safe, engaging work environment and high security at the site.
