Job summary

1A Auto Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead fulfillment operations and drive efficiency. You will supervise multiple teams, set goals, and partner with HR, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

You will analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements, automation, and SOPs to maintain quality, control costs, and scale operations in a fast-growing ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience in a high-SKU-volume warehousing ecommerce environment.
• 5+ years in management role in e-commerce distribution.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams and goal attainment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into decisions.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process-improvement training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and execution for one or more functions within the Fulfillment Center.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals.
• Design strategies to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and reduce cost without compromising quality.
• Balance competing priorities and adapt to real-time demand.
• Partner with HR, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service for end-to-end operations.
• Foster open communication and a results-driven culture on the floor.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and take action.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead continuous improvement, process redesign, automation, and smarter ways of working.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Stay current on industry trends to keep 1A Auto competitive.
• Provide operational insight to strategic planning and report to leadership on performance.
