You will own budgetary performance, develop leaders, drive Lean process improvements, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other leaders to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years of direct management in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement using Lean techniques.
• Full staffing lifecycle experience including hiring, performance management and promotions.

• Own the operation with accountability for budgetary performance and optimal functioning in Inbound or Outbound.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers; set expectations and drive accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean initiatives, process innovations and quality programs.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and peers to secure resources and share best practices.
• Nurture ideas from the team and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and the broader network.
