Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing and shipping of GTI products, including scheduling outbound deliveries and tracking appointments.

You will coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales, manage warehousing, shipping and receiving, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold GMP/HACCP standards while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Kaizen or continuous improvement concepts.
• Compliance with regulations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing and shipping operations for GTI products.
• Record order discrepancies in the three-way match log by end of day.
• Route vehicles daily while complying with DOT rules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations.
• Maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Schedule maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Coordinate with Leads and managers to align operations.
• Adhere to GTI rules and state laws; ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
