Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing and shipping for manufactured products. The role includes creating, scheduling, and tracking outbound delivery appointments and ensuring compliance with all policies.

You will lead and train staff, coordinate with production and inventory teams, and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operation within a fast-paced environment in Virginia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Gemba Walks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations.
• Route vehicles daily while ensuring DOT compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage daily activities related to warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
