Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing and shipping for products produced at GTI. You will create, schedule, and track outbound delivery appointments and coordinate closely with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet service targets.

Candidates should have 5+ years in production with 2+ years in supervisory roles, a high school diploma or GED (BS/BA preferred), and a strong focus on safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; BS/BA preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Gemba Walks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations.
• Record discrepancies in 3-way match log by end of business day.
• Route vehicles daily while complying with DOT rules.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and policies.
• Maintain fulfillment schedules and maintenance of PITs and vehicles.
• Assist with waste profiles and shipping documents for cannabis products.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Collaborate with leads and managers to coordinate operations across departments.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and GTI policies and safety practices.
