Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day processing and outbound shipping for GTI products. The role includes scheduling, routing, and coordinating with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet delivery objectives and maintain compliance.

The position requires 5+ years in production with 2+ years of supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Kaizen/Gemba Walks. Cannabis industry background preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment; 2+ years in supervisory role preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, able to work independently or with teams.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement, e.g. Kaizen, Gemba Walks.

• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record all order discrepancies in the 3-way match log by end of business day.
• Route vehicles daily to customer and company locations while complying with DOT rules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives and address issues.
• Manage daily warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure Delivery Drivers comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist in completing cannabis waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents; maintain waste records.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results to the Logistics Manager.
• Coordinate operations with Leads, Production Supervisors, and Department Managers.
• Understand and comply with all state laws affecting GTI operations.
• Adhere to safe work practices; follow GMP and HACCP; report safety or quality issues.
