Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing and shipping for products manufactured at GTI. You will create, schedule, and track outbound delivery appointments while leading a small team to meet delivery goals.

The role requires 5+ years in production with 2+ years supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a focus on GMP/HACCP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Gemba Walks).
• Ability to supervise hourly employees and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Adherence to GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations for GTI products.
• Record and resolve order discrepancies in the 3-way match log by EOD.
• Route vehicles daily while complying with DOT rules and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedules to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with shipping documents and waste processing records.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventories and report to Logistics Manager.
• Coordinate with leads and managers to align operations across departments.
• Comply with state laws affecting GTI operations.
