Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing and shipping operations for GTI products. You will coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet targets and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance.

The role requires experience in production with supervisory responsibilities, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement approaches (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks).
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations for GTI products.
• Route vehicles daily while complying with DOT rules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives and address issues.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist in cannabis waste profiling, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to align operations.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and GMP/HACCP guidelines.
