Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Fuel Purchaser to oversee daily fuel procurement, contracts, and inventory across locations. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage data accuracy, and report on fuel usage, costs, and optimization opportunities.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced airline environment. You will develop sourcing strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure compliant, cost-effective fuel management aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum five years in fuel purchasing, logistics, or similar; procurement and contracts knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for multi-party projects.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the US; must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and economical fuel provision to Allegiant.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and forecast fuel usage.
• Maintain fuel data, reports, and reconciliations.
• Oversee fuel management system data updates.
• Collaborate with Accounting, OCC, Dispatch, QA, and Planning.
