Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a Fuel, Stations and Treasury Accounting Manager to lead the accounting functions across fuel, stations and treasury. Responsible for reporting fuel expense, managing inventory, prepaid, accruals and related GL balances while supervising month-end close, reconciliations, SOX compliance and audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of related accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
• CPA preferred, strong GAAP knowledge and controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close activities including data validation and journal entries.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee treasury balance sheet reconciliations and related activities.
• Supervise fuel, stations and treasury accounting functions and teams.
• Implement policy and internal control improvements to accounting processes.
• Ensure SOX compliance and participate in audits and narratives.
• Assist with annual filings and cross‑department data requests.
• Provide analytics and mentoring to team members.
