Avfuel is seeking a Supply Analyst to support aviation operations with strong focus on supply sourcing, inventory management and scheduling. The role supports airport locations, tenders, and product stock optimization within a dynamic aviation marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Business or Business Aviation, solid MS Office and Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and strong internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply source for airport locations.
• Forecasting, nominating, and scheduling on pipelines.
• Maintain inventories daily and determine optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate stocking of product inventory and follow up on awards.
