Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Fuel Procurement and Logistics Director to oversee the fuel procurement process, contracts, and vendor management. You will lead a team, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive strategies to optimize cost and reliability across the network.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement, finance, and airline fuel operations, with a focus on negotiation and compliance. Expect high accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of procurement, finance, accounting, or related experience.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead fuel procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with vice presidents and directors to ensure fuel purchasing success.
• Oversee RFP processes and sourcing strategies to support goals.
• Develop and mentor the fuel team to meet company expectations.
• Ensure reliable fuel supply and economical delivery to Allegiant and affiliates.
