Job summary

Avfuel Corporation is seeking a Supply Analyst to support airline tendering, sourcing, and inventory control within our aviation organization, serving customers worldwide. In this role you will forecast pipelines, determine stock levels, maintain databases, and coordinate between Supply and Dispatch.

Experience with MS Office and CRM systems is preferred, and a detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM databases and advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent planning, decision-making and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines with personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply source for airport locations.
• Confirm volume availability and pricing.
• Maintain databases and track awards.
• Follow up after award notification.
• Forecasting, scheduling on pipelines and inventory control.
• Coordinate stocking of product inventory.
• Assist with terminal outages, loading issues and allocations.
